Courier (Steadfast)
Book a parcel for an order from the order itself, and its Steadfast status can come
back by itself — delivered marks the memo delivered, returned notes the
parcel came back. The keys stay on this device only and are never sent to the
Google Sheet or the cloud.

Stock Rule
The memo is what counts. It saves even with no stock, and any product on it
appears on the Stock page by itself. Enter the received/opening qty later.
A memo is never blocked.
Google Sheets Sync
This sync verifies each upload — it will not say "synced" without a reply. If the internet
is down the job waits in a queue and is sent automatically when it returns.
Cloud sync (Firestore) Cloud off (Sheet only)
The Google Sheet above ships the whole book and is not instant. This adds
live sync: one changed memo is one small update, so a sale typed on the phone shows
on the PC in seconds. It uses Firebase's free plan — no card, no server. If the
cloud is unreachable, or over quota, the app keeps saving and falls back to the Sheet by
itself, then recovers when the cloud comes back.
The cloud is already wired in — there is nothing to type here. Sign in below once on each
device with the same account; after that the devices sync by themselves.

Fix old memos’ profit
When a memo is saved, its buying price (cost) is written into the memo. If a
memo was saved with a wrong buying price, fixing the product's price does not fix
that old memo's profit. This button looks through the old memos, shows how many are
wrong, and then — with your approval — recalculates them using the
product's current buying price.
What changes: only profit and cost of goods. Sales, customer, qty and due are untouched. Stock is untouched too.

Import from old app (v1)
Data from the old app (
texpark_biz_v1) can be brought in here if it is on
this PC. The old key is not deleted — it is only read and mapped to the new
model. Old memos had no cost, so their profit shows as 0.
Cloud Backup & Restore
This PC/phone's full data can be kept as one row in the Google Sheet. If the PC or
phone is lost, everything can be brought back from there. Each device keeps its
own backup (-).
